How do I Place an Order?

Simply choose your style / size / color (if necessary) then use the "Buy It Now!" Button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We'll prepare your order and send a confirmation when the product is on the way.

How Secure is my Personal Information?

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing and maintain the security of payments. Your card information is not used to complete the requested transaction. The payment processor does not store your card.

Does VARTIONLINE offer a Quality Guarantee on the Products it Sells?

If you dont love your product, we'll take it back! All of our products are carefully inspected for quality to ensure that we give our customers only the very best.

Delivery attempts and Refund

We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address.  We will consider the order as “executed” in the following cases. vartinonline.com is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:

Delivery not done due to wrong address supplied by customer however we would try our best to reconfirm with the client for the delivery address
Recipient not available especially in Hotels, Hostels and Gated Communities
Premises locked
Wrong phone/ Cell or Extension number/ not working / no reply or not connecting / reachable and delivery is not done
Recipient refused the products
Delivered the product at the Gate / Reception / Neighbour
Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient

Delivery Delays

Before major holidays and festivals, we recommend that you place your orders at least seven to ten days in advance. vartionline.com, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested delivery day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries.

Uncontrollable Circumstances

In case of natural calamities, extreme weather conditions, (flooding, quake, heavy rains), national bandh etc. we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. In such cases we will be sent a communication to the customer on email for a confirmation for the same. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hours, it shall be assumed that she/he has agreed to the delivery on alternate date.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time for US is 12 to 27 business days starting on the date of shipment,

Note: Business days exclude public holidays, also exclude saturday and sunday.

Processing and Handling Time: 2 to 3 business days.

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through ePacket courier whenever it is available for your country.

What about sales tax and hidden costs for delivery?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the checkout is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
